Project Overview
A technology affiliate website experienced slowing growth despite already generating over 80,000 monthly organic visits. The site had established authority and existing rankings, but major growth opportunities remained untapped across commercial and informational searches.
The objective was not simply to increase rankings. The focus centered on increasing commercially valuable traffic, strengthening affiliate visibility, and creating sustainable growth through content expansion, optimization, and technical improvements.
Over a six-month campaign, organic traffic increased from 80,236 to 167,630 monthly visits while estimated traffic value grew from $70,748 to $162,173 per month. And in a 21+ months time span it grew even more higher with a 350K+ monthly visits.
The Challenge
The client operated in a competitive technology affiliate market where traffic quality and search visibility directly impact business growth.
Although the website already generated more than 80,000 monthly organic visits, growth had slowed. Several content opportunities remained unexplored and many pages lacked enough internal support.
Existing content also required search intent improvements to compete for higher-value search opportunities.
Scaling websites at this level requires more than publishing additional articles. Growth often becomes harder as websites grow because content architecture, authority distribution, and page internal linking start playing a larger role.
The campaign focused on identifying opportunities capable of creating measurable business outcomes instead of isolated ranking increases.
Strategy

The campaign combined content growth, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and link-building efforts.
Content expansion targeted high-value affiliate opportunities and content gaps across important topic clusters.
Existing pages underwent optimization to improve search intent alignment and strengthen content quality.
Internal linking improvements distributed authority toward important pages while improving page relationships across the website.
Technical SEO improvements addressed crawl efficiency, site structure, and performance limitations.
Ongoing page-level analysis identified which content clusters generated the strongest gains.
Campaign Execution
During the campaign, both new content and existing pages contributed to overall growth. 72 new pages were published. 134 existing pages were optimized.
Google AI Overview appearances increased from 41 tracked searches to 228.
More than 640 internal linking opportunities were implemented. 28 technical SEO issues were resolved.
Performance tracking measured growth across new and optimized content to identify which actions produced the strongest business impact.
